Im Rho, an adorable little guy whos looking for a forever home. I LOVE to play with tin foil balls, and Im so good at soccer that I think I may have a shot at the next World Cup! Im also very tech savvy. My foster mom showed me how to play games on the iPad that have fish for me to chase. And Im a talker! I love to tell my foster mom all about my day when she gets home. Im still little so my meows are more like little squeaks. In short, I charm everyone!
