Stella Nora Ferret Adult - Adoption, Rescue for sale in State College, Pennsylvania

******IN FOSTER CARE, AVAILABLE FOR SPONSORSHIP ONLY************

So a ferret walks into a bar.....yes, while it sounds like the start of a funny joke, poor lost (dumped?) little Stella walked into a bar and was rescued from a dangerous life outside. She made her way to the shelter and is now in a great foster home.

STELLA NORA (1/1/13) is a sassy champagne jill. She was found when she walked in the door of a six pack shop and quickly found her way to one of our volunteers, who transported her to us. Covered in TICKS!

Poor Stella was such a trooper while we pulled the ticks off over the course of several days (even after the original person who found her removed many of them, as well). She was treated with Revolution & Frontline and all is well now.

She is a sassy little girl who likes to climb and explore - she bonded with Dibo and is not interested in other ferrets joining her household. She IS a princess, and super playful, but yet can be cuddly when the mood strikes her.

Currently Stella is being treated for insulinoma. She is also ADV negative.

If you are interested in sponsoring her to help off set her medical costs, please contact us - thank you!
